I am joined by Joshua Cutchin, Adam Sayne, and Timothy Renner for a discussion of Fiction and how it relates to the subjects we study. We discuss fiction as a release valve, as an influence on ideas, as well as how fiction can muddy the waters of what is fact and what is fiction. We get into a lot of stuff in this show, including recommending some excellent fictional podcasts. We also talk everything from Star Trek to Lovecraft. Enjoy.

One of our Patreons, Alfred, asked us a great question which we try and deal with in this show. He asks, What is the evidence that whatever appears to be behind myriad phenomena (ufo's, sasquatch, fairies, etc) is a non-human intelligence? How do we know it is not a manifestation caused by some kind of collective human unconsciousness? What kinds of questions can we ask to determine which is the case?
